How Long Is The Deal For?

What Does It Cover And Not Cover?
- It offers 20% off unassembled cabinets and accessories.
- There is no discount on the assembly portion, shipping, taxes, design services etc.
I can't see the discount at checkout. How do I see it?
Unfortunately our check out system is designed as an ‘order placement’ system. This means you won’t see the discount applied until we send a confirmation invoice of your order via email. At this stage the discount will appear before you pay so you will have confidence that it has been applied. For a general idea of discounts almost all items will receive the 20%.
I Am A Contractor. Can I Get Even More Discounts?
We are offering an aggressive discount to launch our products so unfortunately there are no further discounts.
However, once the introd deal is finished verified contractors can enjoy savings not offered to the general public.
Product Questions
How does the ordering process work?
PEASE NOTE that this is an order placement system rather than on online store (i.e there is no instant payment button).
Simple click and select the items you wish to purchase in your cart. When ready proceed go to check out and submit your order and our office will receive it.
We do it this way to make sure we have the right stock, that you are confident about what you want (to avoid a 15% restocking fee), and to ensure a smooth process. Our team members will contact you in 24 business hours either via phone or email to confirm the order, discuss shipping, and any other issues. Please note we are closed on public holidays and Sunday.
Once the order is confirmed a link for online payment will be sent. Once paid the product will be ready for shipping or pick up within 24 hours.
Would you like your product to be shipped assembled?
- $25 a wall or simple base cabinet
- $35 for complex base or complex wall
We are happy to assemble the cabinets for you. The product will be ready for pick up all wrapped up, doors on, and palletized! (unless you ask for it to be loose packed).
Please allow 9 business days for assembly before shipping.
Do you need help working out the layout and what you need?
We offer Kitchen Layout Design Services. Team members can quickly draw up a design with floor plans and elevations to help you work out what you need and the best layout for you kitchen. It will make installation a breeze.
This service is FREE but is limited to 1 hour of design and consultation time and may not include access to floor plans.
Do you need help installing the cabinets?
We provide installation services. In the lower mainland we have our own dedicated teams who often install a kitchen in one day. We provide countertop services as well (laminate or quartz) at great prices. We do not provide plumbing, flooring, electrical, or tiling etc.
- $130 per cabinet box* (covers installing box, toe kicks, fillers, gables, handles etc). Extra work (upper trim etc) will be charged extra.
*Regional installation rates may vary depending on local market rates.
What is the warranty on your products?
We offer a two year warranty on all the ‘Contractor Line’ parts and pieces. This warranty covers normal use. The warranty only covers pars and does not cover labour or costs associated with cabinet install or removal.
Damage from the following practices is not covered:
- Placing kettles under cabinet doors.
- Doors too close to gas stoves (we recommend heat deflectors)
- Overload drawers or using as steps to reach up.
- Blunt force on cabinets.
- Forcing soft-close doors closed.
Do you provide shipping services?
We provide shipping services as an add feature that is calculated after you submit an order. Using 3rd party companies we will calculate the cost for you and give a quote. While we endeavour to wrap products carefully please be aware that damages that occur during shipping are on the transport company and customer. We advise purchasing insurance.
Cabinetsrus takes photos of all items in shipping packaging to visually confirm quantity and that no damage occurred before shipping.
Do you hold onto orders if I am not able to pick up?
Due to restrictions in space we require items to be picked up at pre arranged time. Items left beyond 24 hours of pick up time will be charged at $25 a day for storage per pallet.
What is your return policy?
Great question!
We like to verbally confirm orders to help reduce the need for returns because we got it right the first time! We encourage customers to use our design services if you are unsure about what you need.
- We accept back cabinets that are unused and original packaging still is intact (i.e. don’t tear open boxes because we need the box back in great shape also).
- Any product with drill holes in panels or parts, or parts including screws are missing, or damage/scratches on doors or panels will not be accepted as a return.
- Returns must be done within 30 days of purchasing.
