Tell us what you know and share what you have. No floor plan needed to get started. Required fields are marked *.
Don’t have measurements? No problem. Book your free design session first. Your booking follow-up email includes a link to arrange a complimentary home 3D / floor plan scan in the Lower Mainland. Or use this form to send photos and appliance sizes so we can prepare a starting layout.
1. About you and your booking
Selecting this requests help; it does not book a scan appointment.
2. Your kitchen ideas
3. Photos and floor plans
Upload any floor plans, sketches or kitchen photos you have. A rough hand-drawn plan is welcome. All uploads are optional.
How to photograph your kitchen
Take one wide photo from the entrance and one facing each wall.
Move from left to right around the kitchen, taking overlapping photos. Include part of the previous view in each new photo.
Keep your phone level and use the normal camera setting. Step back where possible instead of using panorama or an ultra-wide lens.
Include corners, windows, doors, appliances and the island, if you have one.
Add close-ups of appliance model labels and any awkward corners or pipes that affect the layout.
Photos help us prepare a starting design. Exact dimensions must be confirmed before ordering. Avoid including people or private documents.
Kitchen photos: JPG, PNG, WEBP or HEIC, up to 3 MB per photo. Choose one photo in each slot, in left-to-right order. If a file is too large, send a smaller copy or email it to sales@cabinetsrus.ca.
Plans and specifications: PDF or images, up to 2 MB per file.
4. Appliances
Model numbers or specification sheets are best. Otherwise, enter the actual appliance dimensions you know. Leave unknown sizes blank.

5. Measurements you already have
Optional — don't let measuring hold you up. Use the units selected above, or upload a labelled sketch.
Measure walls corner to corner. Label walls A, B, C on your sketch or photos. Note doors, windows and openings. Don't climb or move heavy appliances to measure.
You're ready to get started.
We'll review your details and identify any measurements we still need for your design session.
Your answers and uploaded files will be emailed to our design and sales team to prepare your kitchen design.
